Strawberry Fields organic farm is located ten miles north of Boston in Lincolnshire. It began as a self-sufficient dream for Pam Bowers and her family on a housing estate in Hertfordshire. The family started selling their surplus organic vegetables from their back garden in 1975, and the business grew from there. In 1980, they moved to Strawberry Fields as more land was needed for the blooming enterprise. The one-acre plot has grown into a fifty-three-acre business; it is a real family affair, with Pam’s sons Clyde and Dicken joining as second-generation organic farmers.
